For our wine exam about Italy, we had to present an Italian dessert together with an Italian dessert wine.
A few weeks ago we followed an advanced Italian wine course. Of course we did this at De Wijnjuf. The course consists of 5 parts, of which we go through a part of Italy every week, and as the last part we get an exam combined with a food pairing. In groups of two, depending on the size of the group, we have to prepare a starter, a main course and a dessert. And of course we have to pair these with the right wine. First we take the exam and then we go through the questions. And then we will celebrate that we made it.
We presented a delicious Tiramisu from Delitaly Curacao and we paired it with a lovely Brachetto D'acqui from The Wine Factory
It is highly recommended. We have already done several wine courses such as:
